This wine is made up of 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Wairau Valley in New Zealand.
This 2016 Chardonnay is bright and refined. Its fresh, beguiling nose carries notes of candied lemon, citrus flowers and subtle hints of spice. The palate is rounded in the mouth, with gentle citrus and stone fruit characters enfolded in layers of hazelnut. The complexity of the palate draws to an elegant finish.
This wine pairs perfectly with seafood.
