This wine is made from Macabeo grapes.
A pale bright yellow colour with fizzy bubbles. On the nose, there are refreshing tropical notes and elegant citrus hints. The palate is clean, fruity, and refreshing. The very well-balanced acidity and the medium size bottles produce a pleasant mouth feel.
Ideal with cheese boards.
