This wine is made from 100% Bacchus grapes.
On the nose, there are lovely, fresh, tropical fruit aromas. The palate displays wonderful flavours of gooseberry, fresh green apple, elderflower and a herbaceous twist, leading to a crisp and refreshing finish.
