A deliciously well-crafted blend of Merlot 80%, Cabernet Franc 10% and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.
This medium-bodied wine is smooth and elegant with an attractively bold tannic structure. There’s plenty of dark fruits, such as, black cherries and blackberries, bound by luscious cassis notes. It has a sumptuous long finish of cinnamon, warm spices, white pepper and liquorice.
This wine pairs well with charcuterie, steak and cheese.
