This wine is a blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc grapes from the South of France.
This wine is a very deep ruby colour, suggesting maceration. It has intense Merlot based black fruit flavours with notes of plum and herbs and spices from the Cabernet Franc.
Ideal with grilled lamb chops.
