This wine is a blend of mostly Merlot and some Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the South of France.
This wine is a very deep ruby colour, suggesting maceration. It has intense Merlot based black fruit flavours with notes of plum and herbs and spices from the Cabernet Sauvignon.
Ideal with grilled lamb chops.
