On the eye, it is a bright yellow and clean colour. On the nose, it has citrus with a touch of honey. It has a slightly sweet background after reaching the mineral notes. On the palate, it has a light, pleasant and fresh step. The finish is long, fruity and vibrant.
This wine pairs well with fish, salad, cheese and chicken.
