Williams Chase Elegant Gin is made by first distilling organic cider apples into vodka and then re-distilling this with a unique mix of botanicals to make the gin. It is a full bodied, sharp, yet fruity gin with the taste of juniper highlighted by the sweetness of apples, elderflower and hops.
