This wine is made from 50% Viognier, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Tamyanka (a rare and aromatic native grape) grapes from the Thracian Valley in Bulgaria.
Aged for 11 months Bulgarian oak barrels, this golden-hued wines reveals a bouquet of citrus, yellow fruits and white flowers. On the palate, it reveals layers of acacia, nuts and cream, whilst keeping the refreshing citrus core at the forefront.
Ideal with creamy pasta dishes.
