This wine is made from 100% Melnik grapes (an ancient native grape variety), made in the Struma Valley of Bulgaria.
It is known for its intense ruby colour, with aromas of cherry, spice and vanilla. On the palate, it is balanced and elegant, with soft tannins and a rich finish.
Ideal with roasted meats, stews and blue cheese.
