This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes from the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria.
It is a bright ruby colour, with herbal aromas of peppers, alongside cherry, blackcurrant and a touch of cocoa. On the palate, it is fresh and juicy, with distinctive notes of ripe cherries, chocolate and light spices.
Ideal with grilled meats, sausages and hard cheese.
