This wine is made from 100% Riesling grapes from the Mosel region in Germany.
A pale straw colour with aromas of lime, green apple and slate. The palate is crisp and vibrant, with citrus and stone fruit, balanced by lively acidity and touch of sweetness, finishing with some minerality.
Ideal with delicate seafood and sushi.
