This wine is made up of Garganega, Trebbiano and Chardonnay.
On the nose, aromas of peach and honey-dew melon. On the palate, there is wonderful zesty flavours of tangerine and it’s got a lick of salinity to cut through the fruit.
This wine pairs well with baked salmon.
