This wine is made from both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from Stellenbosch, South Africa.
This Cap Classique displays a heavenly pale gold colour. There are notes of fresh citrus and white stone fruit on the nose. The palate has beautiful minerality and a refrsshing acidity, alongside undertones of melon.
Ideal with lighter meats like duck and creamy cheese.
