This Crianza wine is fermented in stainless steel and part, in American and French oak barrels. Further ageing for 12 months in these oak barrels before being bottled up and sat in bottle for 2 years before release.
It is a modern wine showing intense ripe fruit aromas of cherry liqueur and hints of delicate toasted, balsamic nuances and leather. On the palate, it is deep with black cherry, chocolate and fine toasted notes that perfume the taste buds.
This wine pairs well with wild mushrooms, vegetables, red meat and a variety of cheeses.

Covila Reserva is made up of 100% Tempranillo grapes. This wine is aged in American and French oak barrels for 24 months then aged for a further 12 months in bottle before release.
On the nose, it is dominated by well ripened fruits, strawberries and toasted notes with hints of leather. The palate is deep, warm and well-rounded with smoky notes.
This wine pairs well with barbecues and cold meats.

Covila Gran Reserva is aged in American and French oak barrels for 60 months then aged for a further 24 months in bottle before release.
A black cherry colour, with a complex nose of perfectly, well-balanced richness. It has an expressive nose, followed by an elegant and silky palate. With more time in the glass, it’s complexity increases further.
This wine pairs well with red meats, roast dinners, stews, fish and cheese.
