This wine is made up of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino and Ugni Blnac grapes.
This is a good example of a quality Luberon which you'd naturally expect from a producer with the pedigree of Chapoutier. It has a pale yellow colour with hints of green and a fresh citrus nose with white flower aromas. It's lively from the off with edgy mineral notes just emphasising the freshness. Nevertheless, it's also full and well rounded making a very balanced and good value wine.
This wine pairs well with salmon.
