Bollinger Brut
This wine is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes.
It is a golden colour with very fine bubbles. On the nose, it has a beautiful aromatic complexity with hints of roasted apples, compote and peaches. On the palate, there is pear, brioche and spicy flavours, with a combination of of structure and length.
Ideal with truffled scallop carpaccio.
Bollinger Brut Rose
Made from mostly Pinot Noir, with a dash of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes.
A bright rose with golden hues. Aromas of redcurrant, cherry and wild strawberry, alongside a spicy touch. On the palate, there is a subtle combination of structure and length, with a tannic finish.
Ideal with seafood, Asian cuisine and even fruit-based cakes.
