This wine is made from 100% Pinotage grapes.
A perfumed blackberry-scented bouquet with touches of incense and iodine. The palate is supple, rendering this is an easy-drinking Pinotage that is a delight. There is a smoke/tobacco edge towards the finish that is nicely integrated. This is a fine Pinotage from Chamonix with savoury tannins.
This wine pairs well with venison, duck, barbecued meat and hearty stews.
