This Crianza wine is fermented in stainless steel and part, in American and French oak barrels. Further ageing for 12 months in these oak barrels before being bottled up and sat in bottle for 2 years before release.
It is a modern wine showing intense ripe fruit aromas of cherry liqueur and hints of delicate toasted, balsamic nuances and leather. On the palate, it is deep with black cherry, chocolate and fine toasted notes that perfume the taste buds.
This wine pairs well with wild mushrooms, vegetables, red meat and a variety of cheeses.
