This wine is made from mostly Merlot with a touch of Syrah and Petit Verdot from the Thracian Valley in Bulgaria.
It has an intense, vivid ruby red colour, dominated by fruity notes of prunes, blackberries and vanilla. On the palate, it is rich and juicy, with soft integrated tannins and a long-lasting aftertaste.
Ideal with roast beef and pork based dishes.
