This wine is made up of 100% Riesling from the Alsace region in France.
Harvested from certified biodynamic and organic vineyards, this has all the hallmarks of a great Alsatian Riesling; fresh apple, pear and a petroleum on the nose following on to a crisp, mineral driven palate.
This wine pairs well with fried fish, sushi and chicken wings.
