Introduced in 1979, this Highland Park 12 Year Old is matured predominantly in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks.
It is a fresh-faced, zesty whisky with a natural golden amber colour. Spicy but mellow, with subtle smoke on the finish, it's a great introduction to the unique warmth of Orkney heathered peat.
