This wine is made up of 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Burgundy region in France.
Jaffelin Crémant de Bourgogne shows a lovely pale-yellow hue with golden tints. Aromas of flowers and citrus come through on the nose, which develops buttery and brioche-like notes with age. Full and supple on the palate, with very complex secondary aromas.
This wine pairs well with seafood, chicken salad and chicken liver parfait.
