Deep golden amber colour which reveals it’s long maturation, it distinguishes itself by its crystal transparency. Sensation of dry fruits and prunes on the bouquet with aromas of berries and cloves. Notes of violets and deep and long finish. Round and full palate which creates a perfect harmony with a persistent finis which recalls the taste of Agen prunes. A considerable personality, the perfect level of maturity and a characteristic taste of “rancio” identify the XO.
