This Champagne is made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes.
A lovely golden yellow hue. On the nose, there is a deep, broad bouquet of ripe fruit combined with citrus. On the palate, there is a rich and robust texture with delicate bubbles. The length is created by a lovely backbone of chalky freshness.
This wine is ideal with marinated fish.
