Four of the traditional port grape varieties have been used to create this wine. As a result, this wine has plenty of cherry and cassis fruit flavours on the nose, with cedar and spice on the palate. There is a good brightness and freshness to the wine despite the hot summers in Douro. It has a great balance of tannins and acidity.
