This wine is made from entirely Tinto Cao grapes grown on the estate. It was then matured for 12 months in used French oak casks.
It has an attractive, open and inviting colour. Its bouquet features exotic and forest aromas, mingling with woodland fruit and cherries. On the palate, it is full of life, delivering a smooth and long-lasting taste.
This wine pairs well with red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured cheeses.
