The Tarsier range of gins is inspired by travels to the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia. This zesty, citrus example was made with signature botanicals including yuzu (a fruit that's somewhere between a mandarin, grapefruit and lemon), makrut lime (a leafy citrus herb), jasmine, and calamansi. Not be confused with calamari, the star ingredient is a hybrid fruit of kumquat and mandarin oranges predominantly cultivated in the Philippines.
Lots of bright, tart, and zesty citrus notes are balanced by a floral sweetness and piney juniper.
