From the Tarsier range comes Khao San Gin, an expression inspired by the foods of Thailand - it was even named after Khao San Road in Bangkok, and bottled at 41.2% ABV as an homage to the 412-metre-long road! This gin features the likes of Thai red chilli, lemongrass and Makrut lime leaves, which are vacuum distilled separately before being blended together with 10 other botanicals.
Wonderfully fragrant, with earthy juniper shining through the vibrant citrus and subtle peppery heat.
